Given that you "do not think it is a huge crisis" I guess it would be foolhardy of me to think that you asked the following obvious questions, but if you did I'd like to hear the answers you received:

Why wasn't the Annual Report filing made on a timely basis...a full year and 3 weeks ago?

Given that the State of Nevada website stills says "INNOVATION PHARMACEUTICALS INC. Revoked" what do you mean by "The Nevada filing has been addressed"?

As of this moment has the Annual Report due on 8/31/21 been filed and will that be adequate to allow for the restoration of an Active status? Or willl the Company still be in Default based on the Annual Report due on 8/31/22 (and already late)?

Are both Drs. Schechter and Spektor listed as Directors in the Report? (Asking because the latter ISN'T listed in the Florida filing.)
Did the lack of good standing in Nevada result in the removal of IPIX from the OTCQB tier or was it something else?

Feel free to forward these questions in case you didn't think or choose to ask them.
Finally, regardless of your "I "do not think it is a huge crisis" opinion, do you think a CEO who has been this lax in his/her duties has any place as the Chief Executive and Financial Officer of a public company?

Soon? What could possibly explain the delay? The Nevada filing HAS NOT been addressed.
