At $144 million in revenue, the calculations always come out to $9.00 - $50.00 per share range, depending on profit margin from within their revenue, depending on what their new O/S looks like after giving the other company shares, and depending on the P/E ratio.
$9.00 - $50.00 range.
Even a chance at above $50 per share, if the profit margin is a high %.
We could literally run up to $60 (peak) and pull back and settle around $30 or $35 per share.
