Yep. Just dilution and stealing money from people. Just common theives and nothing more. This was one was really manipulated to keep the price up for a few days to make it appear legit. SEC could care less unless it's Elon musk. The issue I'm having is that even support on the chart seems meaningless so this one will be diluted back to .05 possibly.
