All an American investor can do is dump GIFX. The government agencies that regulate trading of OTC Stocks has seen fit to stop anyone from buying this piece of crap, while allowing investors to get out while they can. That is fair warning as to what will happen to GIFX and those that choose to dream and hang on to worthless shares, do so at a huge risk. Used to be, no warning was given prior to revocation of a scam security, but obviously, OTC Markets and the SEC have become more aware of the cruelty of doing revocations without warning.
Caveat Emptor is all one needs to make a sensible decision as to whether or not to hold this scam.
