There hasn’t been 200m dilution in the last 11 days. There is dilution taking place but not as much as some would have you believe. OS has changed to 585m from 468m in the last month or so and about the last 4mo or so in general. AH posts some good DD regularly and you can keep track of the structure here: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/DGWR/security still only 472m unrestricted for now. GLTY.
