That was a killing post. Taking your post to be accurate, sounds like the white flag is about to be risen. 'Coming together' at this stage sounds more like attending a wake.

A feeling that our managers are throwing their hands up with a look on their faces expressing "Well, it looked good on the white board"!!!

I still prefer having been told how it is rather than what it is going to be... someday.
