GMER: I don't believe that they will do that. WHY?? Because I think this is a Company of INTEGRITY --- i.e., which does NOT disrespect their Shareholders vis-a-vis such selfish actions.

They don't have any need to raise the AS and the OS still has 93mil shares remaining.

This has been the most responsible management team with their share structure I've seen in OTC world.
