No need to. The company is dead as far as I see. Whatever they wanted to accomplish with insider selling IMO has been done. It's just floating like a dead carcass at this point.

When your CEO/Pres puts out a statement on April 22, that a detailed PR is coming out next day, and then nothing happens,
it feels like they wanted one last day of excited trading activity.
