If she had been clear that she (you?) was talking about QBID preferred, I would have backed her as well. She never narrowed her pronouncements to ONLY QBID preferred, however. She ranted about preferred. I hope she ment QBID preferred and was just not clear. As it stands, if she ment NO preferred stock of any kind was marketable on any exchange, she was wrong. IF she was refering just to QBID preferred, then she was just sloppy.
By the way, she also stated that common shareholders own NO equity in corporate assets, only the right to vote and recieve dividends. I think this will surprise most investors. Although I suspect she might have ment something else, that was the stand she took.
