These boards could and should be used to share knowledge … after few reverse splits and many authorized share counts increases … I dug into the history of those behind this ticker. What I found was a history of reverse splits and share increases while going into a hot sector … many of these complaints about those behind the ticker are the same from 1998 with sonic bingo … many of the pr are the same too from sonic bingo xl to tag XL … to restructuring debit … the results are always the same the share holder wiped out … the reason most don’t catch on is because most trade stocks a few years then quit … I’ve been able to make a living trading now for many years and why not try to help a few new traders
