IMHO, this is a very positive situation. If you look at the case detail just for Hussein going back to November 2021, the legal preparation was intense and the efforts determined by the court to initiate the Markman were on track for an official October start. If this cancellation was just related to one of the defendants, I would not be so positive, but both. I truly believe that this will be an exciting week. GLTA
