Market cap is literally the very topmost item on every ticker's OTC Markets Security Details page. It wouldn't be so prominent if it wasn't such an important gauge of a company's worth.

Market cap is always claimed to be meaningless when trying to defend a price that would make an outlandish value as a result.

And contrarily, a low market cap is very frequently touted as a reason to buy into something because it's, you know, "undervalued!"

It can't be both meaningless as well as super important, just depending on the situation.

OTCM has it as the first item for a reason.

Except sometimes that isn't even found out even after a 90% decline!!!! ;-) Then they become "lottery tickets"! There's always a positive in the pinks! No such thing as a bad development!

market caps are 100% meaningless in the otc



Hey, where's the audit announcement? I guess the CEO is busy? lol
