Hillary was Secretary of State and it's alleged that some of her work email contained classified material, though obviously not secret or top secret, as such things are not transmitted electronically except via secured equipment. None was ever found to have been marked as such, and she certainly never destroyed or even removed compartmented information from SCIF or took it home with her at all, let alone after she no longer worked in government.

As to why Trump hasn't been indicted. His bought and paid for judge is right now blocking access to the evidence. That will end soon. DOJ is climbing the ladder as to the January 6th conspiracy. 900 arrests is a hell of a backlog.

Trump may not be indicted in New York or in the Manhattan district of New York, but he may be.

He may not be indicted in Georgia either, though many of his associates will be.
