Our lawyer CEO should have not allowed us to ever be in a gray area. Shirty stock price due to a shitty situation that he should have avoided. Just my opinion

Adderall Shortages Push ADHD Patients to Make Adjustments

https://www.wsj.com/articles/adderall-shortages-push-adhd-patients-to-make-adjustments-11663362272?mod=Searchresults_pos1&page=1

This is the headline from an article in today's WSJ. It also noted that

Labor shortage at pharmaceutical company, increased demand puts drug on back-order at many pharmacies nationwide

The company specifically mentioned is Teva, followed by a discussion of Sandoz issues. As is noted, the problem with a shortage is exacerbated by DEA quotas which limit the ability of firms to respond as companies would with shortages - to produce more. Just to provide a key point for consideration - the Adderall demand rose 10.4% from 2020 according to IQVIA, as was mentioned in the article. Read it or not, here is what I can say...

All companies recognize the importance of aligning their capabilities with the opportunities presented in the external environment. To fail to do so is to miss those opportunities. Because it is his job, Nasrat will know this. What is not so clear is why investors are not aware of the need for alignment and, thus, do not recognize the fundamental shift Elite is undergoing to ensure they take advantage of growth opportunities now and in the future by controlling their own commercialization process. This is the value Nasrat brings to the table and how he earns his pay.
