Ken addressed the OS reduction being SEC related in the Podcast and also said be on the lookout for an 8K update on the SEC ruling. I would think an 8K will follow to confirm this.

Like BahamaPete said, we should be receiving an 8k to confirm this, but it appears like it's from one of the lawsuits, not sure which one.
