Gosh I would that our lawyer wanna be CEO placed some sort of protection clauses in the contract. I would hope that just once something worked in our favor. I would hope that the board wakes the F UP and realizes that the wannabe CEO has now been there for over nine years and the stock is worth much less. I would hope that the wanna be board realizes that they have a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders and that they are just F ing failing us miserably

All just my opinion. Sell the company Nasrat.
