I wish there was some glimmer of the timeline but there isn't. Could be next week or could be next year.
The following is speculation by me based on incomplete research. All 3 tickers are sidelined so all 3 have a problem. I think there are several toxic lenders that won't agree to a settlement of debt. I put together a spreadsheet comparing the list of creditors for each stock using data from the 8ks describing their bankruptcy filings. There is not a common name across all 3 so there must be several. I think the preferred share owner is waiting for the SEC to take out these lenders and make them cancel their contracts. You know how fast gov't works so this may take a while.
