The post clearly indicates the poster is a shareholder and not an investor.

As a shareholder, I am sure there was a reading and understanding of SFRX’s quarterly and annual filings with the SEC. With that, as a shareholder, one should know your money is at risk.

Complaining about SFRX means; the purchaser of the shares did not have the financial means to accept the public disclosed risk.

It Also says, there was no means or compliance to purchase private placement shares as that disclosure requires certification of current and future income as well as net worth.
