Funny, Nevada does not give out information over the phone to individuals confirming any credit card/money dispute to the public.
They do place companies on hold that are under investigation or referred to the attorney general/prosecutors for doing business illegally. I confimed he does not have a business license in California, so he is doing business illegally (thus the admin hold in Nevada, per their revised statutes).
