The question is do we stay at 3.5 cents forever and then 3 years later we go up or do we slowly drift up toward some decent buy out price

Has has sold zero shares, but he has made millions off non-arm length transactions and being significantly overpaid for many of the worthless initial ANDAs he sold to Elite. He unloaded his garbage.

He owes the shareholder some price increase. If he can’t do it alone, he should look for alternative ways. A buyback, partnership, announce something meaningful. He does nothing to help the stock in my opinion.

And he does benefit, for now, with a lower price as he just gets a ton of shares.

It’s a joke in my opinion. He keeps saying we’re worth more and well, we’re not worth more.

He can’t just continue to not care about shareholders.
