Excellent, good find and thanks for posting that! That means someone somewhere is starting to ask the right questions in my opinion. Someone probably is following up on, "Why didn't we know about this sooner?" and "Who has ever reported this before now?" I've worked for IG before and if OIG is digging, that means they are on the breadcrumb trail and will follow it as far as it takes.

Interesting. However, there does not appear to be any possible connection to AMC or the issues that have been raised here over the past 15 months. This report addresses a time period prior to that, and reports filed by one individual hired by the SEC in 2014, and reports she filed between 2017 and 2021. The 300 reports of alleged fraud focused on in the article came in to her in 2020, prior to the meme stock phenomena involving GME and AMC. The squeeze here with AMC was in June 2021, and the issues have been raised here since that time. Certainly no excuse for her behavior, but seems to involve isolated instances centering on one individual which have nothing to do with AMC or any issues here.
