And if he didn't alter the headline, who did? And wouldn't that person be sure to check with Tiny Mickey Davis FIRST before making such alternations?

I would certainly hope so. So even if Mickey didn't do the alteration himself for multiple PRs... he must've "approved" them... NOT GOOD.
