So big concern right now is will IDE be submitted (or the less likely event of IsoPet showing path to profitability) before next offering needed? Easy to raise funds on tiny dilution in either of those events. Things get ugly if offering needed beforehand. Since IDE submission is the by far more likely possibility, that's where the focus is, and almost everything else comes off as annoying distractions.
