The SP is not used to determine the companies buyout value.
It’s not in any of the calculations.
Don’t discount any of Elite’s undisclosed assets

Also undisclosed information will cause anyone calculating the value of the company to come up undervalued.

Value is above $0.55. How much above $0.55 and the range from min to max is unknown at this time.

Elite will probably hire another third party to come up with a more accurate evaluation of co. value before Uplisting and/or Poison pill expiration.

Elite/Nasrat is not required to share that value like the last time it was released

That’s the point of my post.
