UVE +.37 to 9.89, I sold my shares at a loss this morning and am glad to have gotten near $10. My premise for buying was the very quiet start to peak hurricane season, but obviously it did not remain quiet and UVE will be dealing with claims from IAN for a very long time. They have good reinsurance, but nonetheless this is a big hit to earnings and a likely forthcoming sharp rise in reinsurance rates ....
