Thanks for posting, RD, even if it is "a rumor" As much as it appears the company is slowly but surely working on these issues, I do wish they would provide a little more information to shareholders about what exactly is going on.
It makes sense. HERB have been struggling to pay a dividend. But FINRA does not process it. Once they become fully reporting FINRA should be more accomodating.
Either way, HERB shareholders might get a nice Christmas present if we finally get this long awaited dividend.
RD The way I see audited reports in three months is a much better alternative than the opther things may happen or more likely may not happen. It would mean a big step forward if it happens in my view. Three months is not a long period compared to the pace of events in the past. I here write "is" deliberately because it refers to the period but I am not sure if it is grammatically correct.
