All Three Amigos are being maintained and active at their respective States of incorporation. That tells me several things. 1. They intend to revive these shells as soon as "something" happens. 2. Since they are active no one can sue for custody. 3. The guy that controls them knows what he is doing, just not telling us.
No, I don't know what the "something" is but I figure it has to do with extinguishing the toxic debts.
