The penny stock world is filled with scumbags and my guess is he just had cronies that wanted him back. I've never met the guy but those I know who have say he's a snake oil salesman. He's a consultant to a number of penny stock co's...in short hes a stock promoter. I have taken the liberty to also write FINRA as well as the SEC about his past. He makes zero disclosure of it BTW. If you Google James W. Zimbler fraud....a litany of issues regarding his past immediately appear. Money laundering, wire fraud, assertions of taking stock not deemed his etc . At the end of the day he looks like a scam artist IMO
