Placing a fair value on the shares won't be possible until we get a Q from Pure Romance, but using speculators post on their yearly sales http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=16925042 and figuring 20% as gross income and then dividing that by the Outstanding Shares will give you a rough estimate. According to my figures that don't include sales for 2007, the per share price should be $0.44.
