Read the DISCLAIMER from Pennystocks.today. I was told it was an “excellent article”, and was stickied. Instead it said:

The claim “EM exit imminent Tic Toc” is NOT a Fact, it’s been claimed for literally months on end. As of today, Sept 14, 2022, ASTA is Still EM, Another Irrefutable FACT. SMH

It depends on what a person calls a "fact".....

Is it Something that is made up (so only a "fact" in someone's mind)

Example - the "header' that has been posted from a PR that HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH ASTA but yet the headline was altered with ASTA in it... Here is the post with the ALTERED HEADLINE...presented as a "fact"... it was not...

And the FACT is the court has placed an order (9-9-22) AGAINST Tiny Mickey. (said another way... in favor of Brad Listermann)

Mickey has to pay the sanctions and he HAS to answer the discovery questions in 15 days (appx Sept 24th)

Wonder why Tiny Mickey hasn't answered those questions? It's been Months and Months and MONTHS.... (probably close to a year)
