Could not find a business license for digitalnothing in New Mexico or California.
So it is appropriate for anyone concerned to report Petey's LLC in Nevada.

HPNN was/is doing business illegally. It looks like digitalnothing may be doing business illegally, too.

Nevada law is clear on this. Too bad it took so long after being reported to Nevada authorities for them to put HPNN on Administrative Hold.
The only way he can resolve this is to pay California (liens, taxes, penalties, etc) what they are owed, beg for a revival of HPNN in California, and change the Hop-On name to something else, since another company now owns the Hop On name/trademark.
