Compliance Notic which most of the shareholders are aware that ATHX received NASDAQ compliance notice and it’s made public in the SEC filing, yet Dan chose not to make a big deal of it ... It's interesting if they're trying to hold out for some news from Japan regarding apps etc. NO MATTER IT'S OFFICIAL BACK ON THE NASDAQ ... GOOD LUCK LONGS
