I took this as a joke, but I think it is likely that it may be a serious statement. That would be sad.
It does seem like that every 3 weeks or so there is a spike in volume in this stock. Not sure why. I guess there is hope that maybe there will be another run, or that somehow this company might follow through on a business plan, though it's been 10 years or so since they came close, if I remember correctly.
