That will be determined in the next couple of months. But considering the counts and amount of time it most likely will be a low level fed prison in CA. See: https://www.bop.gov/about/facilities/federal_prisons.jsp

We might get a preview when Haje, Dr Julie and Jablonski get sentenced in October. Also, it seems like Federal prisoners get moved around quite a bit so it might change as the years pass.

Seems like yesterday where there was a chorus of "case dismissed" or "slap on the hand" conversations going here. I guess getting convicted unanimously on 9 counts ranging from Securities Fraud, Kickback conspiracy & payment fraud and Health Care conspiracy & fraud puts an end to all that gibberish.

Not trying to gloat. I believed from the beginning this was very serious and could end this way. Now Mark is facing 125 years max and millions in fines. There were plenty here that straight up told Mark that if he kept going this might be the result. I guess he believed what he wanted to believe. And many of his followers did too.
