Not cancelled yet cos they haven't filed a cancellation report . Hearsay and words of mouth doesn't count especially if it is coming from a diluter pig CEO like this one
Also what are they gonna.do with that Yield sign in OTC? They can't even fix small things, let slone produce a movie they can't afford. SMH

Correction, "A" public offering was terminated, you can't say "The" public offering when there is more than one. Seriously, a new file number offering was qualified after the old one was terminated.

I'm a shareholder here but why post half truths?

Didn't someone get an email from them once, since we disagree about what distinct file numbers mean for each offering, we need the company to clarify.
