The Listermann vs JAMES DAVIS AKA MICK DAVISE, ET AL lawsuit is FAR from over. SO, NO CASE is NOT CLOSED, STILL.

Funny, I read the lawsuit that was dismissed was going to be WON - and the one that HAS NOT been dismissed was ABSOLUTELY going to be dismissed... such total nonsense AND Wrong.

FALSE claims that “Brad is giving up on a case he likely cannot win”…..interesting all the speculation about Brad and the case…but I prefer facts FROM the courts, not opinions.

It’s also fascinating that Sullivan, Listermann’s attorney, filed a Declaration for an ORDER Of CONTEMPT... Mick Davis and his attorney didn’t file answers to the interrogatories -- Is there a factual reason Why not? Plus they didn't pay the sanctions issued by the court??

I’ll let the courts decide what it means, briancWalton. Forward looking claims are not based on current factual data:

Throw the book at him IMO and we shareholders should get relief from the former CEO corrupt actions and if the road leads to other individuals involved so be it.

This is rather serious for the former CEO. Independent auditor confirming exactly which current CEO was claiming.

Which would mean former CEO not only does not have a case for defamation but will likely be ordered to pay the company restitution and possibly face criminal penalties.
