#25322 RE: king koopa #25321

I think I figured it out. I need to contact the company and give them a $5000 loan so that I can then get an issuance of 50Mil shares when they convert it. I would also insist that it was 'unrestricted shares' so that I could sell my 50 Mil right now @ .0009 for a 900% profit. Imagine if I sold all those @ .0020 last week. I can then contact them back and ask if they would like me to lend them 10K this time...I have the money...anyone need 15K loan?

I have got to figure out how to get on that list.

Seriously though... I do not understand with financials like they have that it makes any sense in issuing stock for debt conversion at these amounts, or for salary. Any insight why?

That’s easy.

You would have needed to buy in when that happened.

I don’t think they need the money now and if you read the list I’d imagine most of those that bought those wanted their money back. The big thing: why are they filing?
Answer: It’s to be legally safe for when it does shoot up to high number. This way he has all bases covered and not one of those can come back with a lawsuit.
