Unfortunately it’s reared it’s UGLY head again, ONE YEAR after the SEC Rule 15c2-11 “Story” was shown to be a FACT. Still Dark, Still No FTDs here, which rules the Naked Shorties yet another silly “Story”. Ha ha ha!!!
