This news would have moved the dial in the past but nobody trust JB at the moment. Same pattern over and over with no communication with shareholders about what appears to be dilution. Again this news is about the future with no date of the commercial being aired. We will know when things turn around when there's is no more dumps, and we start seeing insiders buy 2s. It would appear at the moment that they don't believe they can move the dial because all we see is the dumping at .0001 and below.
