Not even one CE mark or FDA device approval.

Under both FDA and EU MDR this newly christened fledgling company has a very long and very expensive road to market.

It would be interesting to know who their other investors are (if any) and what their capital structure is.

A conservative view for IPIX would be to write off this speculative splurge on its entirety.
