I don't think we are in disagreement, Sarge. The company has supplied the ingredients for a good deal of the mischief.
My axe with Chan is that he withholds information that could easily calm concerned shareholders (to a point), just with simple clarifications-but, chooses not to.
The Form7 is a great outline...but, really 'outline' is pretty much what it is...and, a bare minimum, imo.
