Yeah that deal is dead. No mention of copper so youre reading SOPs narrative of a failed deal with an unknown party. TAMRA/VGLS has always wanted copper production. Read SOPS PR trail. First mention of Copper was July/December 2021 when an exclusivity agreement was signed with another party. VGLS mentioned a binding agreement to acquire TAMRA and a binding agreement for a JV with SOP end of 2020. Deals take awhile to complete and multiple hangups still here.
