Presently we have $1.22 resistance with large load walls. I've watched this stock take out monster levels of resistance in a matter of seconds

We are now back down to $1.17. Expect some volatility due to profit taking as well as new shorts that are attempting to keep the price down. But we get any type of positive news developments out of the Court proceeding and there really is nothing that shorts are going to be able to do except buy to cover
