But research determines where you want to search, not exploration.
That’s what’s over the heads of the supposed “vetted” individuals you mentioned. Melbourne has been explored for decades and it’s led nowhere.
Research proceeds exploration. Exploration is never to take the place of research to determine the origins of a wreck and it’s final resting place. Exploration confirms the findings of research.
The Pulaski’s likely location was first determined by research, not exploration.

As I have said for years, SFRX has been trying to confirm a theory about Melbourne but the evidence just isn’t there to suggest it’s the final resting place of the Concepcion. If the evidence is there, they certainly haven’t provided it, nor has The Baer cited it.
