What is preventing the Shala projects from moving forward? Let us speculate about reverse mergers and needing to audit multiple entities, but that work could continue separate from starting construction on Shala HPPs. I have a hard time understanding why Shala shouldn't be fast tracked given the energy circumstances Europe faces.
