No those are all nonsense from someone who doesn’t understand. I agree it’s settled. That’s what “case closed” means.

Shares all the exact opposite of safe. They are attached to a dead company and have no value. Using “uncanceled” on a ticker deletion shows you just don’t know what that means.

“Upfront” is stupid. There was already a deposit, and it has been stated many times that nothing else is coming, which makes sense because there is nothing left to sell.
