The reason people got excited the past week was because the inside scuttlebutt (from you know who) was the S1 was going to be approved this coming week. As we just saw with the latest S1 A filing...that is not going to happen. That person has been wrong about this stock and its filing/news for 2 years now. So no big surprise.
Believe me if and when it ever does get approved? It will be months if not another year at least. Look at the latest example I gave you with AT*XG. It took 3 years. And that is just one of many examples.
Further...with the scam AS vote raise they did where no one was notified about it and with that terrible toxic loan they recently did? Not to mention the GENEROUS granting of shares to upper management? I think there is a very very strong chance the SEC never approves their S1.
