Noted and Incorrect. .005-.007 recent newbies nailed PCTL
low, sit on money made now. I'd never begrudge any buyer,
trader or flipper, etc. making some money, profit-taking, etc.
if they sell. It's just part of OTC life. Thankfully many Longs,
like me, hold PCTL strong and look ahead to a green future.
