I 100% believe that HD will have a lockup period on his stock of maybe a year because he would tank the stock if sold all at one time. In order to agree to that I believe he will get to ok the merger partner as part of the deal because he doesn’t want to do lockup and get a crappy company and his shares worthless in a year so he’s gonna make sure Frank picks a good merger. I believe that’s why settlement taking so long because the merger being completed is part of the deal. If this were a simple give him back his shares deal it would’ve been done a long time ago in my opinion
