You are assuming you know why he offered the preferred. You know what that means.
You have 200,000 shares. Did you even get preffered shares and if so, how many do you have?
At first glance this looked like it wasn't good news, but I have thought about it and discussed it with several people in the know and realize that it might just be a temporary drop in pps so people can load up for the run we were waiting for.
Take it FWIW, but I have a feeling you guys are all bitching for no reason... Nothing has changed yet. Except the company is free to move forward now that everything has been put in its place.
Hey Hunter, if you are not happy, then by all means sell and move on.. I'm not trying to talk you or anyone else into staying. I'm just saying think it through before you jump overboard when the cruise is just getting past the rough waters...

Well, it didn't exactly do nothing. When the PR came out for those divi's, if Sandy was suddenly selling a lot of the shares he'd been accumulating, he made a wad courtesy of US. And unfortunately, that's usually WHY pinkies do spoof PR's like that. To make money.
